Hydrogen recovery equipment is used to remove impurities such as oxygen, water, ammonia, potassium hydroxide, oil, and solid particles from hydrogen gas to meet the high purity requirements of users in hydrogen recovery. It is mainly used for hydrogen recovery, purification, and reuse in metallurgical reduction furnaces (such as tungsten molybdenum powder processing), annealing furnaces (such as hood furnaces), galvanizing processes, and hydrogen protection processes.
Equipment features
1. Adopting PLC fully automatic control;
2. Set venting points at critical system points to prevent system overpressure;
3. Adopting a combination of self operated stabilizing valve and membrane regulating valve to ensure system pressure balance;
4. The system pressure and processing capacity are controlled by frequency conversion, which can be set as needed to reduce the operating cost of the equipment;
5. The system design process aims to save operating costs and fully considers the recovery and reuse of heat.
