Since the start of 2026, PERIC Hydrogen Technologies Co., Ltd. has forged ahead and made remarkable achievements in the export of new energy equipment worldwide. Leveraging core technological strengths in alkaline hydrogen production and outstanding brand influence, the company has secured a number of major orders across Europe, Oceania and the Middle East in the first quarter. Europe, a pioneer in global energy transition, is a key focus of PERIC Hydrogen Technologies’ global layout. During Hannover Messe in Germany, the world’s premier industrial exhibition, the company signed a contract with Sweden’s Metacon for a 7.5MW containerized alkaline hydrogen production equipment project in Romania. This project will boost the large-scale development of the green hydrogen industry in Eastern Europe and inject strong Chinese impetus into Europe’s energy security and low-carbon transition. To date, the company’s premium hydrogen production equipment has been deployed in more than ten European countries including France, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Greece, Portugal and Serbia, gaining firm foothold in markets with the world’s strictest environmental standards.
While consolidating its presence in Europe, the company actively explores emerging markets. In Q1, it secured a 5MW hydrogen production equipment order from New Zealand. The equipment will be applied to a local synthetic ammonia demonstration project. Adopting green hydrogen to replace fossil fuels for green ammonia production, the project is expected to cut carbon emissions in the local chemical industry and set a valuable Chinese model for the commercialization of low-carbon synthetic ammonia technology across the globe.
The Middle East, an important energy hub, has become another major growth market for the company this quarter. Drawing on rich experience in developing large-scale and highly reliable hydrogen production equipment, PERIC Hydrogen Technologies won multiple orders in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. In the UAE, the company obtained orders for three sets of 100 Nm³/h standard hydrogen production units and one set of 500 Nm³/h large-scale unit, meeting local demands for diversified energy development. In Saudi Arabia, it was awarded a contract for two sets of integrated hydrogen production equipment dedicated to power plants, which will be mainly used for unit cooling and other critical industrial applications. This marks full recognition of the company’s technical solutions by world-leading energy markets and its successful entry into the core supporting segment of the power industry.
