Process description:
After mixing methanol and water in a certain proportion, it is heated by heat exchange with the decomposed gas at the outlet of the reactor. After vaporization and superheating, it enters the reactor and undergoes decomposition and transformation. The decomposed gas is cooled by heat exchange with the raw materials methanol and water, and then purified by water cooling and washing before entering the pressure swing adsorption purification to output the product hydrogen gas. The heat required for the reaction is provided by the heating device.
